A little information before the appointment saves time on site. If possible, send us a photo of the equipment's model and serial number, a brief description of the problem, your preferred service window, and contact information for whoever approves repairs.
Knowing the model ahead of time allows us to check parts availability before arriving, reducing the chances of a second visit.
After diagnosing the equipment, we'll provide a written estimate before beginning any repairs. The $80 diagnostic is applied toward the approved repair, and if multiple appliances need service during the same visit, each additional diagnostic is $40.
Invoices can be issued under your company name, LLC, or property management business, with payment accepted on site or by phone.
